I am looking for an experienced collections advisor to join a well-established finance business based in Northamptonshire.

In this role you will be making outbound phone calls to customers who are in arrears Dealing with inbound phone calls with customers regarding over due accounts and general enquiries Taking payments over the phone Issuing paperwork such as invoices, copy's of agreements etc. via email and post.
I am looking for someone who has previous experience working as a collections advisor ideally within the finance industry so that you are familiar with the appropriate legislations and FCA requirements. You must be confident speaking on the phone and working well under pressure
