Salary : £45000 – £50000/annum + bonus + benefits

Perhaps qualified in Big 4 practice but now looking for a more commercial role within corporate finance that offers autonomy as well as strong earning potential.
Reporting to the Director this is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial Accountant to move into the Mergers & Acquisitions space. You may have worked in Corporate Finance and perhaps enjoy the research and due diligence but are now looking to move away from a prescriptive role to one with more responsibility and corresponding rewards.
As Corporate Finance Partner, you will be identifying opportunities to work on acquisitions, disposals, MBIs and MBOs and examining avenues for fundraising. You may have a background in audit, tax, or have worked with PE firms or VCs and be bored of Accountancy and be seeking a more commercially focused role.

This is a permanent role paying £50,000 + an outstanding bonus. There is a nest pension with a 3% company contribution, and 20 days holiday + bank holidays + 1 extra day at Christmas. There are also fully expensed company outings to reward success.
