Salary : £28000 – £35000/annum

Success Recruit are currently working with a Global Distributor within the construction industry who are seeking to recruit a Creative Videographer to join their growing and well-established team based in Central Essex.

The successful Videographer will be an integral part of the marketing team, responsible for creating, editing, and managing compelling content in high quality video, photographic or audio formats that are relevant for multiple and different audiences and channels.

The successful Creative Videographer will be expected to:

* Have a strong desire to demonstrate continuing a long term content creation career within videography / photography

* Ability to create visual, video and audio content using Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects

* Be a strong team player, working within an experienced team

* Willing to travel to locations for shoots, driving license essential and car owner

Purpose of the Role:

The Videographer will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager assisting with the delivery of successful campaigns and projects through the coordination and production of high-quality video and photographic content.

Duties to include but not limited to:

* Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing successful campaigns and projects.

* Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with the monitoring, management and reporting of the allocated content production budget.

* Generating engaging and impactful content in line with brand guidelines.

* Creating, editing and managing compelling content in visual, video or audio formats.

* Supporting with the creation and implementation of the content marketing calendas.

* Curating, commissioning and project managing content creation with external parties and suppliers including the utilisation of freelancers where necessary.

* Taking responsibility for the sourcing of a multitude of different filming locations and scenarios as well as suitable subjects to appear on camera.

* Monitoring performance of all digital content and providing insight on how to optimise it.

* Collaborating with the wider marketing team to plan and execute targeted campaigns and marketing plans involving multiple content types and channels.

* Preparing all video and photo content for new product launches and promotions within strict project deadlines.

* Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.

* Maintain a proactive, engaging and far reaching digital presence for all brands through original and third-party content marketing in line with objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can demonstrate passion and creativity to work, ideally with previous experience this position will also consider someone self taught to become an expert so no previous qualification is required however a professional portfolio will be requested when being shortlisted.

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am – 4:30pm

Salary: £28-£35k dependant on experience
