Sitting in the creative team, as Project Manager you'll report into the Creative Director and will work closely alongside the client services and new business team to coordinate the successful delivery of projects.
You'll be challenging the status quo, helping to develop simple and effective ways of working and will be integral in shaping the future direction of our Project and Program Management function.
As Project Manager, you will:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept through to delivery, which includes planning and prioritising resources for each project
Coordinate projects across different teams and allocate work according to capacity and capability
Ensure project management software is being used efficiently across the teams and ensure all data is accurate
Ensure all projects align with budgets, brand guidelines, agreed timescales, and accurately depict the brief
Identify and mitigate potential project issues and risks to ensure delivery isn't affected
Evaluate each project to ensure its aims are met and to monitor success
Delver client updates on a weekly and monthly basis, or when project milestones are reached
Report on outcomes and deliver your findings to internal teams and clients
Continually look at ways to improve and streamline processes
The successful candidate will:
Have experience of managing projects from conception to delivery, ideally gained within an agency environment
Have experience of working across multiple projects at once, with proven experience of delivering projects to brand guidelines, budgets, and agreed deadlines
Have experience of using project management / agency software
Have strong communication skills, able to liaise clearly and concisely across departments and with clients, also able to forge lasting relationships
Have an understanding of digital marketing and social media
Ideally be PRINCE2 or APM PMQ qualified
Be eager to continually improve processes and enhance projects
Be a natural creative who enjoys working in a creative, collaborative environment
Holidays: 20 days per year, plus 1 additional day for your birthday and 1 additional day for your work anniversary
