Cover Supervisor
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £70 – £100/day FREE PARKING, Weekly pay
Clear Education Ltd are looking for either NQT's, teachers, SEN T.A's, HLTA's, general T.A's who have over 6 months class room based experience to cover lessons in class with work already set. EXCELLENT BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT SKILLS is a must.
MUST HAVE A VALID ENHANCED DBS CHECK. Our roles lead to permanent roles and are all long term.

You will be working in classrooms directly with students, you will play a pivotal supporting role to raise standards of achievement by implementing agreed work programmes with individual groups, in or out of the classroom. You will also provide effective supervision of whole classes during the short term absence of teachers. The ideal candidate will be conscientious and self-motivated and always working to support and motivate students. You will become a role model to students and instil high expectations from the work you will be asking the students to complete.
Interested candidates must have:
* relevant experience of working with young people in a learning environment
* a clear and positive communication manner
* an understanding of curriculum
* the ability to relate well to both staff and students
* a sound understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities
All candidates will be required to provide previous employment referee details covering the past 3yrs.
