Corporate Tax Senior Manager

Salary : £75000 – £85000/annum
A well-established, boutique accountancy practice is recruiting for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to work on a client base ranging from entrepreneurs, through established family businesses to substantial groups. This firm has a reputation for very high standards and advise on business opportunities to a level comparable with much larger organisations.
Ideally this is a full-time role for a talented tax professional with a wealth of corporate tax knowledge, however, a part-time position may be considered for the right candidate. The role will offer flexible, hybrid working with a mixture of office and home and flexible start and end of the working day.
As Corporate Tax Senior Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Taking ownership of client relationships and to help lead on the firm’s corporate portfolio
* Day to day management of work and being key to the delivery of advisory projects
* Preparing, reviewing and approving corporation tax returns and tax computations
* Preparing/amending and/or approving letters and emails for the tax team
* Assisting in dealing with enquiries raised by HMRC
* Contribute to, and support career-long learning, professional development and advancement of the team
* Coaching and supporting trainees in their development and motivating them in the pursuit of excellence

We welcome application from corporate tax specialists with the following skills, experience and attributes:
* Qualified CTA/ACA/ACCA
* Extensive corporate tax experience – at least four years PQE gained within a practice environment
* Already have significant corporation tax experience as a Tax Manager
* Have the ability and desire to nurture less experienced team members and provide positive mentorship
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be driven to succeed, take initiative and have the desire to achieve results
