Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Content Designer based in Yate. The client can accommodate remote or hybrid working, subject to Right to Work in the UK checks. The role is on a contract basis, working full time hours.
Role responsibilities:
Create and produce content across digital and offline channels for the client
Design clear and accessible content, ensuring this is shown to a user in the right place and in the best format
Work in Agile development teams, collaborating with user researchers, business analysts and interaction designers among others
Help shape our approach to content across the organisation, drawing on your thorough understanding of best practice e.g by networking with other Content Designers, reading relevant blogs, using social media and events to link up with people.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product owners, to define and write content that meets user needs and satisfies business and statutory requirements, using evidence to explain decisions made.
Skills, experience and qualifications required:
Degree or equivalent level of experience
Sound copywriting skills for a range of audiences and purposes (e.g. news releases and other media content, reports, leaflets, content for websites)
Experience of working with other internal stakeholders e.g., service managers, council staff, product owners
Ability to work flexibly, cope with competing demands through good time management, and work under pressure
