consulting Engineer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £33000/annum
Our client is seeking an eager Graduate/ young professional to be a Consulting Engineer in their Heathrow office.
Duties of the role:
• Testing, technical support and providing advice to customers as well as sales engineers
• To develop customer’s skill set of the vision system through practical support
• Vision software programming
• You will be meeting and demonstrating the clients products to technicians, engineers, managers and directors in order to sell effective solutions
• Weekly Structure: 2 Office Days, 3 Field Days
• To be able to work in a fast-paced environment where no two weeks are the same
• Role will require travel as far as North West England on Field Days
Desired Experience:
• A hunger to succeed and overachieve
• A Problem solver with technical know how
• Some experience in teaching / training/ public speaking
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Must have a full driving licence, valid in the UK
• Degree educated in any discipline (preferably STEM based)
• Coding / Programming knowledge / experience preferable
• Automation (Vision experience) preferable but not essential
