POST is partnered with a fast-growing legal technology company that is looking to grow their already, incredibly successful internal support team.

Our client is looking for a passionate Commercial Support Executive . This role will be working to assist Commercial Clients, providing a tailored service to their needs, maximising sales opportunities and delivering excellent service. including those within Major Accounts Team.

Key Responsibilities –

* Review, quote, and place bulk Property Order requests (5-200+) on behalf of the Client, finding the best pricing, most appropriate searches for the transaction & the best possible turnaround times, liaising directly with Council and Suppliers.

* Managing portfolios (5-200+ properties) from start to finish which includes weekly updates on projects

* Applying knowledge of the conveyancing process to proactively resolve queries before they arise and avoid raising queries to Clients where possible.

* Find opportunities to upsell and cross sell with our existing Clients.

* Proactively sell the service to existing Clients to meet Net Revenue targets.

* Upselling and processing Data Snapshot, Illustrative Plans to existing Clients where appropriate.

* Outbound calling Clients to chase quotes from the previous day to convert the sale.

* Facilitate calls internal Clients, directing them to the correct area of the business or answer their query efficiently.

* Analysis and cleansing data to allow the accurate quoting of Land Registry documents such as OC1, OC2, OS1, OS2, and PN1 data.

* Processing Land Registry documents on the InfoTrack system as well as use of other systems such as the Land Registry portal.

* Manually providing OS1 Extract reports and bespoke reports where required.

* Establish Commercial and Corporate ownership data to provide PN1 data to Clients, using GOV data sets.

Key Skills & Experience –

Communication The ability to communicate/and or translate complex elements of the conveyancing process with relevant stakeholders.

Managing workload Effective time management, using necessary resources to ensure that work is completed within tight timescales.

Problem solving/Technical Knowledge The ability to find a solution to a technical and/or complex conveyancing issue. Training provided.

Building Trusted Relationships Using appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with external partners and internal colleagues; interacting with others in a way that promotes openness and trust and gives confidence.

The package –

* Offering a basic salary of £23,500 per annum

* 25 days annual leave

* Monday to Friday 9am -5pm shift pattern
