As commercial manager you will be the primary contact for our renowned horticulture customers, responsible for growing and nurturing the relationship and have direct influence over their experience with us. You will take ownership for the P&L performance of your customer base and drive the category agenda to develop & convert growth opportunities.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic, a team player and a champion for the customer and commercial performance. It is essential that you have a retail grocery or horticultural background, with a proven track record of commercial ownership and success so that you can confidently flourish with us from the get go.
You will receive a competitive starting salary and will be working Monday to Friday with an option to work hybrid (minimum 3 days in office dependant on business needs). The role is based within our Runcton site and may at times require you to travel to your customer locations too.

We are one of Europe's leading suppliers of fresh produce, specialising in watercress, salads and fresh herbs.
Established in Hampshire 1951, we became part of the RAR Group in 2008. We have a proud heritage of market-leading innovation including the introduction of living herbs, and baby leaf salads, and market-defining salad leaves including bagged watercress, rocket and baby spinach. We have a wide range of customers in the UK, both under supermarket own brands and Steve's Leaves, we are branded market-leaders in Portugal and also operate in Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
