Client Administrator
A family feel and friendly company located in Borehamwood are expanding their team.
They are looking for an Administrator who has outstanding attention to detail.
Job Purpose
To support the Head of International Sales in the procurement, ordering and processing of order for International Customers
To process orders on a daily basis
Provide administration support to the team
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Processing quotations for International customers
* Oversight of International goods coming in and goods going out the warehouse
* Relaying information to the warehouse regarding incoming goods and outgoing orders
* Liaising with the QA and Operations department to ensure correct regulatory procedures are adhered to
* Processing GRN’s and submitting invoices/create invoices to Accounts Department
* Answering customer queries, provide excellent customer service for the International team
* Maintaining good customer relationships with existing customer when taking orders
* Filing of all paperwork
* Liaising with other department on ad hoc matters
