Location: Thanet Mental Health Unit, 164 Ramsgate Road, Margate, Kent, CT9 4BF.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 7am – 3 pm

Pay: £11.45 Per hour

We provide a wide range of adult mental health and learning disability services to our local population of 1.8 million people in Kent and Medway, as well as specialist services for adults in Sussex and Surrey.

What you’ll be responsible for:

* Assist in general cleaning of the hospital wards and other clinical areas.

* Ensure infection control policies are adhered to which ensures we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

* Responsible for the safe use of cleaning equipment

* Complete ad-hoc tasks as requested by the team

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

* Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.

* Microsoft office skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel.

* Experience in a domestic or similar role.

* Reliable and hard working.

* Previous NHS experience. (Desirable)
