Talbooth Restaurant, established in 1952, offers a picturesque dining experience beside the River Stour. Located in Dedham, in the heart of Constable Country, our riverside terrace and lawn provide an inspiring setting for our guests. About the Role:
As a Chef de Partie at Talbooth Restaurant, you will join our skilled team of senior chefs in a recently refurbished kitchen equipped with the latest cooking technology. With our 3 AA Rosettes, you'll have the opportunity to work in a prestigious culinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications
* Assist in developing new recipes and menu ideas
* Maintain a clean and organised workstation
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
* Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a passionate individual with a desire to progress and learn in the culinary field. The ideal candidate will have:
* At least two years of experience as a Commis Chef
* A strong culinary background and a love for food
