BREAD is delighted to be partnering with this buzzing rural pub/restaurant looking for an ambitious Chef De Partie to join their award-winning brigade. The menu is 100% fresh using local farmed ingredients where possible. As Chef De Partie you will be encouraged to create your own dishes and bring new and exciting ideas to the table.
We are seeking a creative candidate that has the ability to add the ‘Wow Factor’ to every plate. You will be joining a well-oiled team of experienced chefs, looking to achieve great things as they look set to re-open in April.

Person –
* You will be a driven Chef De Partie or ambitious Commis Chef who has experience working at a high standard using only fresh ingredients.
* You will be a hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.
* Have a real passion for the Norfolk food and drink scene.
* Be able to work in each section of the kitchen independently.
