Are you or have you worked within a kitchen environment at chef level with all the responsibilities that a busy kitchen brings, would you like to work for a renowned business that has been located in Lincoln for many years that thrives on its excellent reputation, my Clients role is going to be just what you have been looking for
I am looking for a Chef or Chef de Partie. My client’s menu speaks for itself, the exquisite food is tried and tested and works very well for the business
My ideal chef will be someone who is used to preparing high standard dishes within a very busy working kitchen, you will be mainly based in the centre of Lincoln, occasionally covering their other site within the town centre, preparing the dishes, ensuring that the kitchen is running smoothly and the standards are being maintained
You will need to :
Worked with a similar restaurant environment for 2 years
Work within a calm and professional manner, ensure that your wishes are relayed in an orderable and understandable way
Have superb attention to detail in the kitchen and whilst preparing dishes
Work closely with the management team
This role is daytime work, 35 to 40 hours a week and will involve weekend work on at least one day if not both but with days off during the week. Therethere may be the occasional evening work with time off in Lieu
