The vacancy

Are you passionate about shaping the culinary stars of tomorrow? We're seeking a dedicated Catering Lecturer to join our team and support students in achieving their qualifications in culinary skills while preparing them for success in the Hospitality industry. As a Catering Lecturer, you'll play a vital role in classroom management, lesson preparation, and ensuring food safety compliance within our kitchen and restaurant areas.

In this role, you'll not only teach on a range of Hospitality programmes but also contribute to curriculum development, marketing activities, and the overall leadership of our programmes of study. Your responsibilities will include maintaining standards of hygiene, health, and safety, while also managing administrative duties such as admissions, timetabling, and examinations. Additionally, you'll work closely with colleagues to analyse data, set targets, and continuously improve the quality of education delivered in the group.

We're looking for someone with a passion for education and a commitment to excellence. You'll need excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the flexibility to adjust working hours as needed. The successful candidate will hold a Food Safety qualification, and be experienced working in a catering and hospitality environment.

The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft.
