Part Time Chef / Cook
Our client offers short term care for people recovering from illness, surgery and for people in need of respite care. The Home can offer care for up to 30 people and now we are looking for a new Part-Time Chef / Cook.
Our client is looking for someone with a professional, positive attitude, enthusiastic in their outlook and self-motivated, you should be able to work well as part of a team but equally confident to work on your own.
What will you be doing?
• Preparing the food for cooking
• Reviewing the menu and doing inventory
• Ordering food for the kitchen
• Monitoring food production
• Training staff
• Ensuring standard portions and quality of dishes
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen

Vacancy: Part Time Chef / Cook
Location: Rustington, Littlehampton BN16 2LZ
Salary: Basic rate £15.60 per hour (plus 25% enhancement for weekend work)
Hours: Two shifts per week to include earlies (7am -1:30pm) and evenings (4pm – 7:30pm)
Shift pattern is across various days, Include 1-2 weekdays, and 1 Saturday per month, plus holiday cover.
