Are you looking for flexible events work, to fit in around your busy schedule and life commitments?

ATL Hospitality and Events are looking for experienced and talented chefs, who are ready to showcase their culinary passion on event days in Twickenham, in the role of Chef de Partie.

* Chef de Partie ( £17.20/ph )

Shifts become available only on event days at the venue.

The role is based on site – candidates must be able to independently travel to the venue on time for their shifts.

We are a ATL Hospitality and Events – a leading events partner focused on providing stellar hospitality and event management solutions, to clients across London and the surrounding southeast.

Requirements:

* Must speak English at a working proficiency.

* Must have experience in event catering.

* Must be able to travel to the site independently.

* Must be able to effectively work as part of a team.

* Must be able to work quickly and efficiently during busy periods.

* Must maintain a high level of food hygiene and kitchen safety.

* Must understand health and safety, COSHH & HACCP.

* Must responsibly ensure food is prepared and presented to the expected standard.

* Must have a good culinary background and knowledge of food.

* Will be positive and polite with work colleagues in the kitchen as well as the BOH/FOH hospitality catering team.

* Must have extensive knowledge of allergens and specialist dietary requirements.

Notes:

This is a casual part time position, with shifts being made available as and when there is match days and events. Shift patterns change according to venue requirements.

Upon successful stage 1, candidates will be invited to interview and required to complete registration/onboarding before on-site induction can begin.
