Career temp EA needed, for US Investment firm. £28phr + HP

£28phr + holiday pay, located in Green Park.
One of our long-standing clients is looking for a superb EA to cover multiple holiday dates yearly. It is based in an impressive office space within Green Park station. Supporting at Partner level.
This will be to work in a leading US investment firm and will require an experienced EA with Private Equity or Investment banking experience; you will ideally be available for multiple booking cover.
Duties include complex diary management, booking global travel, and arranging and coordinating meetings and expenses. You will be supporting at senior level on a 1:2 or 1:3 basis. You will have excellent communication skills, timekeeping and the ability to provide seamless EA support.
You MUST be highly confident in your EA ability and be confident to support at Partner level, organise complex travel across multiple timezones, heavy diary management for exceptionally busy Partners, and organise many internal and external meetings. This busy EA position requires seamless EA support; prior experience in a similar role is essential.
