About the roleRole: Candidate Consultant 

Location: Kettering – Hybrid after training

As a Candidate Consultant you would be reporting to the Business Manager, overseeing the sourcing of the candidate and providing a high level of administrative support to the team, in line with the needs of the business. 

You are expected to be outstanding with customer service, provide a consultative approach to all your work including candidate management and general compliance support alongside be available for the consultants.

 

 

What you’ll be doingJob Responsibilities

Maintaining a long-lasting relationships with candidates and build their trust

Creative approach to candidate engagement 

Creating and writing compelling job adverts on social media 

Effective collaboration with the consultant

Adapts to changed in the business environment quickly 

Build resilience and take a positive approach to work

Resourcing candidates and going though CV's

 

How you should plan your time?

Demonstrate a creative approach to candidate attraction

Take responsibility for the registration process for candidate, pre-screening and interviewing where appropriate and guiding candidates through the process

Collaborate with the Recruitment Consultant to ensure the resourcing of high-calibre candidates

Act as an ambassador for the office and the company, maintaining high service standards

Ensure customer excellence is delivered to call candidates, managing candidate process including dealing with their quires and escalating where needed 

Provide general administrative support to the office, including collating and recording data on the appropriate company systems and liaising with other department such as H&S, Facilities etc.

Ensure all branch administration is complaint with company quality standards.
