Credit Controller
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £26000/annum
Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a UK leading window and door business based in Northamptonshire. They are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their team.
The role:
* Management and ownership of own ledger
* Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors, working to individual KPI’s
* Ensuring payments are made to terms, consistently working to the business’ targets
* Negotiating re-payment plans
* Query management and resolution
* Processing and billing of invoices
* Management of on stop process for overdue accounts
* Collection of direct debit payments via system
The candidate:
* Have current/recent experience working as a credit controller
* Experience using Sage 500
* Be computer literate
* Have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
* Must currently reside in the UK
