Salary : £32000 – £35000/annum Monday to Friday only, 7am to 3pm
Are you the Café Manager/Catering Manager we’ve been searching for? My client is seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to oversee the daily functions of a renowned Café based on a state of the art B&I Site in Cambridge
The Role:
Overall management of the Café, including the kitchen and hospitality sectors.
Upholding top-tier standards by ensuring cleanliness, food service guidelines, and hospitality are top-notch.
Overseeing team schedules to ensure optimal customer service while staying within budget constraints.
Engage in active feedback collection from patrons, ensuring their concerns and commendations are promptly relayed to the Operations Manager.
Embrace commercial responsibilities: handle bookwork, meet sales and gross profit targets, and take charge of day-to-day financial transactions.
Foster strong relationships with clients, hosting focus groups to keep the services in check.
Innovate with special promotions and events to heighten customer engagement and spend.
