We are seeking a Chef De Partie reporting to the Head Chef. This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week to a two week shift system.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a talented Chef to join our team. In a couple of months the team will be moving to a brand new kitchen which has been fitted with top of the range kitchen equipment.
As a main player in the catering team, you will be providing a consistently high level of service to an array of diverse customers. Suitably qualified, your CV will reflect your experience in quality kitchens. You will be able to demonstrate a solid background in industrial and banqueting catering and, driven by your love for producing excellent food, you will have definite and realistic ambitions to become a Senior Chef De Partie/Head Chef.
As part of your career development you will be given the opportunity to enter competitions and on occasions train with the England Team. Both the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef have Michelin and Rosette kitchen experience which means that you will be working with award winning chefs and cooking for fine dining events.
