Hours per week: Monday to Friday – 07:00 – 15:30 – 40 hours per week
OCS Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe/Deli Manager to oversee our exclusive cafe/deli, catering to high-level board members and executives. This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious organisation and lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and culinary experiences at our Head Office.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the cafe/deli, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Develop and maintain a high standard of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
Create and manage menus that cater to the tastes and dietary preferences of high-level board members.
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure freshness and availability of products.
Train and supervise staff to maintain a professional and customer-focused environment.
Collaborate with the executive chef and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services.
Implement and maintain health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Cafe/Deli Manager, preferably in a high-end or corporate setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and memorable experience for guests.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
A full clean driver’s licence is required as this role will require driving a small van.
