Butchery assistant

Have you some experience of butchery, working with meat products? Our client, members of the RSPCA Freedom Food Scheme are a proper local success story in the rural Suffolk Countryside and they are looking to boost production.
We have a new opportunity to join a producer of pork products in Suffolk. The product is raised on the farm and made into top quality bacon, ham and even chorizo! Sold directly to supermarkets locally, this award winning producer is looking for someone to come on board and assist with the following tasks.
Slicing ham and salami using machinery, picking and packing when required to keep up to date with orders coming in from supermarkets and general housekeeping duties such as keeping the work stations clean.
The role would suit someone who has some butchery or charcuterie experience and is to start right away. You will need public transport due to the location. Please apply directly to this advert
