We have a NEW exciting opportunity available for a Business Systems Analyst focusing on the development and delivery of systems to join our client a market leading Food Manufacturer in their existing IT Team based at their Head Office in Birmingham.

Purpose of the Role:
To deliver business solutions and requirements in line with the business demands through continuous improvement, End to end design and implementation of Business Systems following approved design, change and project management frameworks whilst providing a key link between the business and IT for change implementation, ensuring effective communication and company processes are followed and risks are identified that are associated with the end to end services around Business Systems and suggest solutions to mitigate said risks.

Deliver Business solutions and requirements in line with the business demands through continuous improvement.
Provide a key link between the business and IT for change implementation, ensuring effective communication within the business are followed.
Identify risks associated with the end to end services around Business Systems and suggest solutions to mitigate said risks.
To provide an analytical resource to deliver changes in line with business needs and the Business Systems strategy.
Become the ‘champion’ in a designated business systems area enabling the business to gain maximum benefit from IT.
Working with various virtual implementation teams, both formal and informal, to ensure successful delivery and roll out at multiple UK sites.
Support SLA delivery for Incident Management and Request Fulfilment through provision of expert guidance and support.
Define, document and agree processes that meet the agreed business goals and translate into operational processes within the relevant business systems.
Working as part of the IT team to integrate and align current and future Business System projects with the agreed strategy.
Assisting in the resolution of business issues through the effective use of technology.
Identify, configure and implement systems to support the agreed processes and implementation.
Work in a structured way using the agreed change methodologies and produce change deliverables / documentation in a timely manner.
Proactively identify further opportunities within the business systems framework for improvement.
Identify and share best practice and contribute to raising awareness, improving performance and transitioning to a “pro-active” culture.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be analytical in approach and possess experience in provision of systems support and analysis, process, design, delivery and management of business systems with a proven understanding of interface design between enterprise solutions.
You will have prior knowledge and experience of software and process testing along with a high degree of systems implementation experience/ business knowledge.
Previous experience using query tools and writing queries is highly desirable along with the ability to work in a structured environment.
Regular travel to other sites within the business and occasional travel to suppliers is required, you must therefore hold a full UK driving licence
