Mark Allen is a growing media organisation, with 550 MAG-nificent individuals across 7 offices and we are recruiting an Editorial Assistant to join our welcoming dentistry editorial team.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days based in our Sutton office. Tuesday in-office attendance is required. We offer a starting salary of £23,000 with room for growth within the company, plus benefits. We will provide on-the-job training where required so you feel fully supported.

Key Responsibilities:
* Running News Website and Social Media: Assist in managing and updating our news website and social media profiles to keep our audience engaged and informed.
* News Writing: Contribute to writing news pieces, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
* Event Attendance and Reporting: Attend and report on events such as press briefings, conferences, etc., providing insightful coverage for our audience.
* Liaising with Companies and PR Agents: Collaborate with companies and PR agents to gather copy and information for publication.
* Proofreading: Ensure the quality and accuracy of content by meticulously proofreading materials before publication.
* Assorted Tasks: Be adaptable and ready to assist with various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our editorial team.
* Close-knit Team Collaboration: Work closely with a friendly and supportive team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
