They were established by a visionary group of individuals in 1969 and in 2011, the Board of Directors took a decision to broaden the work of the organisation to include both processed and fresh veg and fruit production. These are key industry areas even more so as the consumer looks to consume more fresh food and fresh produce on the back of the pandemic.

What We Are Keen to See:

Previous Business management experience would be desirable. A degree or relevant qualification/experience in the agriculture/horticulture/fresh produce sector would be great but not essential. Being a great communicator with a wide range of people is key!

The role will be a permanent, full-time position; Monday to Friday working 7.25 hour days. This is a flexible working position with the ability to work from home with an expectation to attend [and work from] the office at least once a week. There will be the requirement to travel and attend pre-arranged meetings.

In return, our client offers a comprehensive rewards package with a generous contributory pension scheme. They have great staff perks and provide an excellent staff training programme and the opportunity to get involved in an exciting and very fast-moving industry.

They are a progressive organisation looking to grow their range of services and clients and as such are looking for the right individual to join their team and make a difference
