Salary :

Job Role: To work as part of the Business Support site team to provide high calibre administrative services.

• SAP – request purchase requisitions / GRNs / submit invoices for payment

• Site Vehicles & Pool Cars – maintenance / servicing / tyres

• Transport Booking requests

• Team Brief – collate and provide power point slides for monthly staff update

• Coordinate Gemba & SWEEP Invitations

• Update training records from monthly reports

• Support with the organising of team building / wellbeing / outage / staff social events

• Maintain and update site Organogram / contact list of telephone numbers

• Meeting Room bookings

• Booking visitors on site

• Coordinate visitor site tours

• Visitor PPE – distribution and maintain appropriate stock

• Site Printing (signs, Labels, Posters & Booklets)

• Printer & Plotter Supplies & Admin incl toner recycling

• IT Equipment (ie Franking Machine, projectors)

• Incoming & Outgoing Post

• E-Catalogue Orders

• Overalls, ordering and maintaining stock

• Stationery & Tea and Coffee Supplies

• Catering Lunch Bookings & Online Orders
