They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join their team in Kent. With a strong presence across the South and South East regions of the UK, they pride themselves on providing exceptional products and services to their valued customers.

Responsibilities:
Driving the branch to achieve company turnover and profit expectation for all departments.
Providing a first-class Culture experience throughout the branch.
Visiting key customers on a regular basis.
Monitoring staff levels, performance, and morale.
Delivering a high standard of leadership skills.
Achieving and exceeding required market share goals set by manufactures.
Liaising with the marketing team about regional promotions and marketing ideas.
Work alongside the Branch Sales Lead to drive retail success.
Requirements
Strong commercial / sales acumen.
Sound Agricultural Machinery Dealership experience.
Good industry knowledge – Agriculture & Farming.
Have experience managing teams of 20 staff or more.
Excellent customer management skills to build long lasting relationships.
Meet individual sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Working Hours are 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Additional hours will be required throughout harvest, weekends alongside shows/events.
