Audit Assistant Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
Amplifi Talent are collaborating with an established accountancy practice in Northern Ireland to source an Internal Audit Assistant manager to join their ambitious, rapidly growing team. This is an exciting role for an experienced auditor to take the next step in terms of career progression and have exposure to diverse and exciting projects with excellent client interaction.
This role will require a suitably experienced and qualified auditor. Ideally, they will be flexible and adaptable with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and members of the team. With this opportunity you will be working with an NI based portfolio of clients, hence there is little to no travel outside of Northern Ireland. You will have access to a modern office environment with a social, collaborative team of people.
Duties include:
* Utilising financial findings and making appropriate recommendations
* Ability to review and control technical content of work of others to ensure compliance with relevant regulation and Internal Audit Standards
* Leading the team by experience and setting the standard
* Providing coaching and development for junior members of the team
* Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
* To have good technical knowledge of the internal audit process, individual subjects and sector issues relevant to your work
Necessary experience:
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage several members of the team on projects
* You must hold a professional qualification from a relevant accountancy body e.g. ACA/ ACCA
* Hold strong relevant experience within internal audit experience, risk management or risk consulting
