Senior Accounts and Audit Manager (Practice)
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
Amplifi Talent are partnering with an indigenous firm which, on the back of their success and growing team, wish to appoint a Senior Practice Manager across Accounts and Audit. This individual will become the focal point for the delivery of sophisticated business advice for their diverse portfolio of clients and will hold responsibility for leading, coaching and motivating the team; reporting directly to director/partner level.
The successful candidate will have demonstratable experience with building strong professional relationships with clients, proactively seeking out business development opportunities and will have a natural passion for developing team members.
This position is perfect for an experienced professional who aspires for a move to a more senior- level role within practice, offering more autonomy and scope for progression to director level in the future.
In addition to this, there are no requirements for travel outside of Northern Ireland, an excellent benefits package and on-site parking facilities.
Essential Criteria;
* At least 5 years PQE within a practice enviroment
* ACA/ACCA qualified
* Broad experience across advisory, audit and accounts
* Extensive portfolio of relationships with clients
* Experience and passion for developing staff
