Audio Visual Residential Install Engineer Job – Watford
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £35000/annum
Prospero Integrated are looking for an Audio Visual Resi Install Engineer for an industry renowned home automation company.
This role is hands on and involves installations of Audio Visual equipment, complete wiring and cable terminations and assist in the commissioning and programming of systems.
The successful AV Installation Engineer will require you to perform per-installations site inspections and frequently interfaces with other trade constructors.
Skills:
*** Read AV technical specifications and system drawings.
*** Install and wire systems to our clients high standards.
*** Interface well with clients and co-workers and to supervise sub-contractor teams.
*** Strong troubleshooting and fault finding skills.
*** Detail oriented and strong organisational skills.
*** Proficient with computers and standard office programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Requirements:
*** Hands-on installation experience in the audio visual industry.
*** Experience with Crestron / Control4
*** Hands-on fabrication experience.
*** Experience with and knowledge of current products and trends in audio, video, control, or a related industry.
*** ICIA CTS certification desired, but not required.
*** The job may also entail driving, working at height and manual handling
