Assistant Plant Nursery Manager

Salary : £25000 – £27000/annum per annum
Madisons Recruitment are looking for an Assistant Plant Nursery Manager on a permanent basis located in Woodbridge, Suffolk
Our client are a wholesale plant nursery specialising in trees and shrubs.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Nursery Manager and assisting with the nursery growth and production plans
Supervision of the growing team on a daily basis
Ensuring records are maintained and their database is all up to date
Supervising the nursery team whilst they pick the correct plants for the customers collection
Preparing plant stock for plant shows
Coaching and mentoring a team of people
Requirements
Enthusiasm and knowledge within the horticultural industry
At least 2 years experience working in a wholesale plant nursery
Experience in leading a team
PA1 and PA6 qualifications desirable
Excellent organisation and communication skills
