Digital Learning Design Consultant – £40,000-£55,000 + Benefits – Remote, London
The Role
We're searching for a highly qualified Digital Learning Design Consultant. Someone who wishes to positively impact the learning sector.
We don’t create e-learning and we don’t work with LMS. We are, however, looking for a person who likes to solve problems with a human-centred design perspective, can think creatively and uniquely, and want to deliver life-changing experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Digital Learning Design Consultantbut are not limited to:
* Know what GREAT looks like! Have the vision to create award winning, consumer grade learning experiences and performance support that you’d be proud to show to your friends
* Nail the stakeholder management experience. Use product design or human-centred design approaches to consult with our clients, to understand their challenges and design solutions that solves these.
* Partner with our clients’ learning teams and design digital learning solutions
* Create beautiful and impactful solutions (beautiful graphics, videos, pdfs, and animations) for Degreed (and other LXP), custom built CMS and other platforms.

Hours are flexible but we do ask that you are available for online meetings during normal office hours, attend monthly team days in our London office, and meeting with clients in the UK/Europe for up to five full days per month.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Digital Learning Design Consultant:
* Bring 4-5 years’ experience as an in-house or external digital learning consultant.
* You must be able to create beautiful and impactful solutions in Degreed and ideally other LXPs.
* Experience in delivering human-centred design using a process like 5Di
* Ability to think independently and creatively, as well as being tech-savvy and an awesome, confident communicator.
* Ideally, you have experience with web design using a CMS such as Webflow, WordPress or Joomla etc.
* Enjoy being a collaborative team player, with the ability to work autonomously.
* Take pride in your projects from start to finish, seeing them past the finish line and consistently looking to improve and iterate
* Be organised! You own your projects and project plans, so you’ll need to juggle a few bits at once – your team is here to support you, but we expect you to stay in control
