Senior FF&E Designer (Hospitality)

Salary : £40000 – £45000/annum
A Senior FF&E Designer job is now available in East London. This role would suit a confident individual with a passion for all-things-FF&E and the experience managing their own projects from concept development through to installation. Salary range of £40,000 – £45,000 and the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week.
With offices in London and Portugal, this leading studio has an ever-expanding portfolio of luxury hospitality projects in Europe. Their characteristic timeless aesthetic is always present in the high-end hotels, restaurants and residential development schemes they work on.
They are now looking for a talented FF&E Interior Designer with a strong luxury hospitality background, to join them on a permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities
– Establish FF&E concepts with the support of the wider design and architectural teams
– Developing and creating concept proposals, mood boards, and presentations
– Creating and maintaining all the relevant FF&E documentation
– Assisting junior members of the team
– Attending design review meetings
– Prepare FF&E installation plans
– Liaising with and maintaining relationships with new and existing suppliers across the globe
– Overseeing the installation of FF&E and attend site reviews whenever necessary.
Required Skills & Experience
– 4+ years' proven experience working on hospitality projects
– Confident working independently and managing schemes across all stages
– Able to work proactively and as part of a wider team, coaching and guiding junior members of staff
– Strong knowledge and network of suppliers
– Experience sourcing bespoke furniture
– Ideally experienced with AutoCAD, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
