This reputable practice have been at the forefront of Architecture in Norfolk for years and their expertise in the industry has seen them continually deliver quality projects across the country. With an ever-increasing workload, the practice are now in a fantastic position to add an Architectural Technologist to their talented team.

With a widespread portfolio of work across a range of sectors you will gain the opportunity to take an array of projects from feasibility stages right through to completion on site.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will have a passion for their trade with an ambition to really develop their career alongside a supportive company. We are looking for Technologists with demonstrable experience within the UK managing multiple Architecture projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out and produce measured surveys, initial appraisal schemes, concept layouts and final planning layouts.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines, whilst collaboratively working alongside team members and external consultants.
Produce technical and working drawings using AutoCAD.
Be familiar with both the Planning and Building Regulations system to prepare packages and make submissions.
Producing specifications and schedules of works, with full use of the NBS system.
Produce and issue tender packages.
Contract Administration on site, using the full JCT suite of documents.
An understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015.

Architectural Technologist Requirements:

Relevant Architectural qualification
Demonstrable UK experience working upon architectural design projects
Adept at producing Planning and Building Regulation drawings
Proficiency with AutoCAD essential
Proficiency with SketchUp & Photoshop desirable
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confident in a client-facing capacity
Full UK driving licence
