Coastal’s Communication Team provides services that are in high demand across the business. You’ll work as part of this team, providing creative design and content creation services to different teams and departments across Coastal. It’s a varied role in which you’ll work across different types of creative output including graphic design, images and video for web, social and print.

We’re looking for someone who can flex their talents across a broad range of projects, tasks and creative output. You’ll be pro-active, a great listener and able to translate others’ needs and ideas into effective content, ensuring a consistent brand identity and relevance to the target audience.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be familiar with a broad range of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and Rush, as well as online tools like Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress and Google Analytics. You’ll be comfortable taking photos for use in campaign content, as well as planning, filming and editing high-quality videos for web and social.

Great communications keeps pace with emerging platforms and technology, so you’ll be a quick learner, keen to integrate new tools and approaches into your work where they can add value or increase reach.

Our communications team works a hybrid model at present, with time together in Swansea at least once a week. As an organisation headquartered in Swansea and active across Carmarthenshire, Bridgend and Neath Port Talbot, we’d anticipate you working across some of these locations regularly to collaborate with internal customers, attend sites or events, and produce content
