Are you an ambitious Ecommerce professional with a background in fashion retail?This is a fantastic role to support a multi-channel retailer based in North London UK. You will directly report to the CEO. The successful candidate will have a passion for first in class customer service and help to provide a smooth working ecommerce model.
Responsibilities
Manage all visual merchandising of stores from products to signposting and engaging content
Manage all the analytical and CRO tools in order to unlock greater insight to build hypothesis to test and generate incremental output on KPIs;
Work closely with the technology team to design, develop and deploy the tools needed to be the best at ecommerce
Work closely with commercial / finance teams to unlock customer insight (through deep segmentation), marketing and business insight
Hire, lead and coach a leading team of ecommerce executives
Provide expertise on current e-commerce industry best practice, with CRO focus
Actively build strong relationships with both internal and external key stake holders within the business.Requirements
5+ years' experience managing / leading digital retail / ecommerce
Great knowledge / experience with analytical / CRO tools like Google Analytics, HotJar etc
Good knowledge / experience of demand creation using paid media (with social in particular)
Great knowledge of Shopify+ (essential) and common 3rd party applications.
Have great understanding of retail, e-commerce and marketing businesses
