Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm

Role:

To manage the Operations Planning Team and provide detailed analysis to the Operational Management

Duties:

Manage the local Operations Planning team
Build strong relationships with HR & Operational Management
Deliver weekly short to medium term FTE requirement forecasts & clearly communicate resourcing recommendations to Operational Management
Ensure shift planning aligns to forecast activity requirements & service levels
Design & deliver weekly performance reporting that can be used to feedback into forecasts & highlight areas for improvement
Maintain headcount forecast tools, ensuring driver assumptions are regularly challenged & that they reflect our high service level standards
Proactively identify & quantify opportunities to drive service &/or efficiency improvements
Deliver regular long-term forecasts to drive recruitment strategies & support group financial forecasting processes
Deliver ad hoc analysis to support Operations Managers
Create budget in coordination with Ops management
Reforecasting quarterly
Build individual performance reporting
Maintain KPI dashboard

Skills:

Industrial Engineering background
Proven success in an analytical role
High level of numeracy & data analysis skills
Advanced Excel user
High level of commercial acumen & a proactive approach
Confident communicator
Database mining skills, advanced (SQL)
Presentation creation, generating sophisticated reporting tools
Workforce/Resource Planning experience
Power BI is a plus
Python is a plus
MS Access is a plus
Italian language knowledge is a major plusBenefits:
