As the main Designer you'll be the brain of brand creation, creating original supporting artwork for a range of industries. The communication, collaboration, and presentation of ideas, advice, branding and concepts position the Designer is a key part of the business offering creative vision to all outgoing materials and pitching creative visions to potential customers. As the Designer you'll design creative artworks and layouts across a range of materials and genres, with all packaging applications considered. You'll manage when required all elements of material creation including price points, timescales and navigate any technical difficulties. You'll create brand recognition for the businesses via brand design, website concept creation, blog writing and social media content and management.

Your key responsibilities as a Designer would be;

From business input and own creativity develop and enact branding to drive business sales and company goals
Provide a design service for both the companies brands and subsidiary businesses
Develop social media content and website design to help create and increase brand awareness and drive company growth
Identify and troubleshoot content or artwork creation issues
Maintain an organised workflow to maximise output
Ensure content, artwork or packaging designed fits within budget constraintsSkills and experience required;

Previous demonstrable experience as a Designer
Product and web design experience essential
The ability to support the Director and Leadership team to help enact and bring to life the vision for the different businesses across a dynamic range of sectors
The ability to be agile, collaborative and work on multiple projects simultaneously in high pressure situations is essential
A positive attitude and willingness to succeed to enable the business to grow and you to develop your career
