An exciting vacancy has arisen to join one of our clients based in Belper. You will be a motivated and independent individual that will provide management across a range of social media channels so creativity, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload is essential
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Strong working knowledge of all social media channels
Strong IT skills
Excellent written English skills
Demonstrate a drive to provide an excellent service
Strong creative skills
Excellent communication skills
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all social media channels, be an excellent communicator and a great team player. The ability to create all interactions and posts in keeping with brand guidelines is a must.
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Scheduling campaigns & corporate content for all social media channels
Supporting the creation of engaging corporate content for social media
Taking ownership of the social media community management
Delivering excellent service to all customer segments
Managing the live chat service
Ensuring customers are supported with the information they need
Providing ad hoc support to the teams as required
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £20,000 per annum
Working hours are Monday – Friday, with possible early mornings or late evenings so some flexibility will be needed. Working from home options available also.
