Are you Part 2 Architectural Assistant with experience using REVIT, looking for the opportunity to work on low energy / zero carbon projects, designing sustainable homes for an eco-construction company?
This is the opportunity to have a direct impact on the next generation of environmentally friendly housing, working for a close-knit company whose main goal is to save the world. This multi-award-winning consultancy are expanding rapidly, looking to double the size of their design team, making this an exciting time to join.
Your responsibilities will include structural and finishing elements of domestic construction projects in 3D to optimise design. Your will be working on large developments for the local authorities, as well as smaller high end, bespoke projects for private clients. They are looking for a Technician who is passionate about low and zero carbon construction, experienced in Autodesk Revit 3D and has knowledge of BIM workflows.
The Role:
* Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm
* Designing sustainable homes
* Training & progression opportunities
* Immediate start available
The Person:
* Experience using Revit
* Good knowledge of UK building regulations / RIBA stages of work
* Background in sustainable building design
