Salary : £34000 – £36000/annum Neg doe + Pension + bonus scheme

Senior Graphic Designer required to join an existing creative team within a very successful growing business. The ideal candidate will be an ideas-led creative person in which you can apply intelligent, creative thinking to a range of different marketing & wider business creative tasks. In this role you must ensure that the company's creative product remains leading edge and that the quality of execution is maintained. In the event of a junior post arising within this team, the Senior Graphic Designer would review the Junior Designers drafts to ensure brand quality is being upheld. Although currently based in Hailsham, the office is relocating to Polegate early Spring.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Designing and developing creative concepts with direction from the company's Creative Lead.
Design and develop a wide variety of content for the company's marketing initiatives, campaigns, exhibitions, & product launches – complimenting existing branding and helping to develop presence in new markets.
Ability to work from clearly defined job briefs and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Work directly with the wider creative team as well as liaise with the Comms & Channel Marketing managers regarding global advertising requirements, customer catalogues etc and ensure that the marketing team has the necessary artwork for deadlines.
Review the draft work of the Junior Designer to uphold brand production values.
Pay close attention to detail on all design work with the ability to check own work thoroughly, ensuring correct spelling, grammar and product / technical details.
Develop animated film production as well as live action and explore how those mediums can be utilised to showcase all the product brands in new ways.
To keep abreast of new developments in the creative technology and design fields and be constantly thinking about how the business can use new technology to create the most exciting, forward thinking campaigns in the market.
Good awareness of general office activities and correct use of systems, including IT.
Maintain a good archive of past print & digital work including regular backs ups of Dropbox work.

Collaboration

The Senior Graphic Designer will work independently on multiple projects but will also form an important part of the wider creative team, sharing work ideas across the whole team, showcasing new work, and liaising with external partners.
