We have an opportunity for an NPD Coordinator to join us on a fixed term contract for 12 months. As an NPD Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for administrating new product development for 'NPD managed' accounts from first customer brief, through to receipt of created material (from SAP).

Duties

Collates all information for incoming project briefs from customers/internal stakeholders.
Booking of NPD briefs onto company systems including structural and artwork processes for NPD managed accounts.
Ensure all steps of the NPD process are completed in a timely manner. Feeding back progress to customer/internal stakeholders via verbal and written format.
Maintaining customer trackers.
Quotations sent to the relevant customers in a timely manner.
Management of outstanding enquiries and closure of redundant configurations.
Communicating to the Customer Service Department old materials to be made obsolete as new materials are raised.
Working to customer launch dates, seek necessary structural/graphics approvals from the customer and manage the order and delivery of formes and stereos to sites.
Communicate with the Customer Service Department to ensure they know what new orders/project launches are on the horizon.
Understanding of customer requirements and 'customer bibles' are kept up to date on SharePoint.Skills/experience required

Interpretation technical documentation such as structural drawings, artworks, etc.
Familiarity with Fefco styles, machine routings and material compositions.
Team player willing to drive other staff in delivering the customer's requirements.
Highly motivated and flexible to deal with constantly changing demands with a fast-paced production environment.
Ability and confidence to clearly communicate in written and verbal format with internal staff, customers and external suppliers.
Competent user of Microsoft Office applications.About VPK
