Your Future Role…
An exciting opportunity to work with one of London top fit out contractor working closely with the Proposals Manager, head of Graphics and Bid Writer to help design and coordinate bids. General duties include; allocate tender team to prepare bespoke tender and interview presentations; Collating all relevant information for the tender document from the team members and subsequent formatting; Updating of tender and interview document templates; Creating site logistic plans and project phasing plans through illustrator software; Collating all information for Pre-Qualification questionnaires and formatting a prequalification document. This role is more design focused with coordination involved, so you must have design experience.

About You…
• MUST HAVE: Previous Experience of working with InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator software.
• MUST HAVE: Previous Experience with InDesign gridlines and attention to detail with the software.
• a plus would be having the experience using 3d software's.
• Construction experience would be desirable
