Product Design Engineer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £20000 – £30000/annum
Product Design Engineer required, our client is a well-established and growing product manufacturer based in the Harrogate area. Due to continued success they are seeking an additional Product Design Engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will be involved with product design using Solidworks, Keyshot and Adobe packages.
Product Design Engineer Position Overview
Creating initial new product hand sketches
Developing product drawings with use of Solidworks 3D modelling software
Rendering CAD drawings with the use of Keyshot
Assisting the new product introduction phases to ensure a smooth transition
Assisting the procurement and negotiation of materials and products
Product Design Engineer Position Requirements
Degree qualified in a Product / Industrial Design subject
1+ years of experience in a Design Engineer role
Proficient with Solidworks 3D modelling software and rendering package (ideally Keyshot)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable
Product Design Engineer Position Remuneration
Salary £20,000 – £30,000 – depending on experience
09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position
