Supply Desk is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our busy and successful Group Marketing department.  Working alongside Justteachers and Equalitas’ Marketing team based in Skipton, you will be supported closely, but will also independently play a pivotal part in the continued growth of Supply Desk from day one. This position will also provide the opportunity to work alongside our International Marketing department, to help with the launch and growth of a new brand within the group and support with the UK client and candidate marketing strategy.

The key responsibilities of this role:

Management of the company website (updating and refreshing content, creation of pages and forms etc. taking into account visual appeal, SEO and user experience) and liaising with 3rd parties to develop the functionality of the website.
Create and own social media campaigns to promote the brand, maximise candidate and client attraction, and internal recruitment across all platforms. Measure, track and report on successes with paid and organic campaigns.
Manage the annual social media calendar by utilising scheduling apps such as (url removed).
To provide innovative email marketing to clients, candidates and other external interests and create email/ mailshot headers.
Play a pivotal part in delivering centralised email marketing messaging on behalf of the teams via branch mailing lists and provide detailed data reports for teams to follow up on leads and continually cleanse the data to minimise bounce rates /unsubscribe requests etc.
To change and modify campaigns and plans as appropriate and perform split a/b testing to yield the best opening rate results.
To develop print marketing materials, including leaflets, brochures and flyers. This can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers through to receipt & distribution.
Create videography for case studies for client, candidate and partnership marketing
To monitor, measure and review the success of each of the campaigns against their objectives and provide written reports outlining the achievements of campaigns.
To demonstrate skill and ability with technical aspects of marketing to minimize the use of external suppliers.
Event Management and co-ordination of branded merchandise.
Internal communications and marketing
To continually suggest new ideas and improvements in sales planning meetings

The ideal candidate is likely to have:

Education marketing experience or have worked within a Recruitment agency in a busy marketing team.
Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
InDesign/ Photoshop experience/ skills (beneficial).
Understanding and experience of using email marketing platforms. (ideally Mailchimp)
Competency and ability to maintain websites and look at monitoring and data analytics.
Good understanding of Google ad words and PPC Campaigns
Event management experience and co-ordinating webinars
The ability and confidence to work independently and autonomously.
Video Marketing skills and expertise (e.g., Using Moovavi)
Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques & concepts.
Be proficient with IT marketing and content software.
You will be expected to visit Supply Desk offices nationwide, so will be flexible to drive, travel and stay overnight when necessary.
