The Role
As a Resourcer for Outsource UK, you will be responsible for using your networking, relationship building and marketeer skills to source, attract and engage active and passive candidates to Outsource, so that we are able to fill vacancies and meet the requirements of our customers and out-perform our competitors.
You will deliver the best candidates to our clients and assist your Recruiter colleagues to manage an effective and efficient recruitment process from beginning to end.
Whether you are experienced or if you are looking to develop a career in Recruitment, Outsource will support you every step of the way. You will receive excellent coaching and training from day one to enable you to become an expert in your field.

We will consider applications for both full and part-time hours. Full time hours are Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm with an early 4pm finish on Fridays.
Skills
We are looking for someone who has an aptitude for recruitment and enjoys building relationships both over the telephone and face to face.
If you are willing to go the extra mile to secure the talent, we want to hear from you. It will be your responsibility to develop your own candidate networks. You will have the confidence to liaise with a wide range of people, obtaining as much information as possible from them; to do this effectively you will have to pre-screen a number of potential candidates over the telephone.
To be successful you must enjoy talking to people and have a confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills to match.
Location
We are proud to be centrally located in Swindon. After training, you will be able to enjoy a hybrid model of working – both home and office based.
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are office based
Tuesday and Friday – home based, if you wish to be.Benefits
