We are currently recruiting for an experienced Architect to join a well-informed, vibrant practice that is located in Central Harrogate, placed just opposite the train station. The RIBA Chartered Practice has over 50 members of staff that work on a variety of projects – from retail, commercial, industrial, to high rise residential schemes.
Over 75% of the workload this practice obtains is from repeat business – they pride themselves on the ability to build professional rapports with their clients. The practice has a family-feel working environment, with people being the heart of everything they do.
This passionate RIBA Chartered Practice has recently upgraded offices to the top floor of an office building, utilising the large space to adapt to new ways of working – it will provide additional spaces like extra meeting rooms, booths, a break-out space. The enthusiastic team has a strong emphasis on collaborative nature, but also focus on the balance of socialising – they are thinking of adding a staff bar!
As an Architect within this RIBA Chartered Practice, you will be expected to run projects overall RIBA Stages while utilising the latest BIM software, like Revit. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects – you will not be limited to just one sector, but rather have prospects to work across several sectors such as retail, commercial, high rise residential and industrial.
The position: Architect

* Revit experience is desired – if not, training can be an option.

* Effective communication skills in order to liaise with professionals and clients – repeat business is important to this practice.
The salary for this position is £30K – £40K.
